What is CLEAREX.MARKET?
CLEAREX.MARKET is a privacy-first market-research and trading-security platform. It brings fundamental and technical analysis together in one view, checks whether a password has appeared in known data breaches, and offers education, in-house analytical tools, and an anonymous community. Everything on the platform is generalized information and educational software — not personalized advice.
Does CLEAREX.MARKET provide financial or investment advice?
No. Nothing on the platform is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset. Our scores and reads are descriptive context to support your own independent research and decisions.
What are the 0–100 scores and the FA + TA Super Dashboard?
For each asset you follow, we show a fundamental score and a technical read on the same 0–100 scale, side by side, so you can see where they agree or diverge. The blended “fused” number is illustrative. These are descriptive readings of available data, never a directive to act.
Membership & payments
How do payments work?
Membership is billed in cryptocurrency through our payment processor, NOWPayments. Card payments are coming soon. Prices are shown in US dollars.
Can I get a refund?
Cryptocurrency payments are irreversible once confirmed on-chain, so membership charges are generally non-refundable. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of your current billing period. Full details are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
How do I cancel my membership?
Cancel any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access until then, and no further charges are made.
What is the Tools Library?
A set of analytical monitors and scripts we build in-house that display market information. Access is included with a paid membership. The tools are informational — they do not place trades or issue buy/sell instructions.
Security & privacy
What is the Breach Check, and is my password stored?
The Breach Check tells you whether a password has appeared in known data breaches. It uses a k-anonymity model — only a short, partial hash of the password is sent — so your password is never stored or transmitted in full.
How is my personal data handled?
We follow a GDPR-aligned, data-minimising approach: sensitive fields are encrypted and we avoid storing plaintext personal data wherever possible. See our Privacy Policy and Data Protection pages for the full detail.
Can I export or delete my data?
Yes. You can request a copy of your data or delete your account from your account settings (or by contacting us). Records we are legally required to keep, such as financial transaction history, are retained only for the required period.
Risk & support
Is trading risky?
Yes. Trading and investing involve substantial risk of loss and are not suitable for everyone — you may lose some or all of the capital you invest. Past or hypothetical performance is not indicative of future results.
