CLEAREX.MARKET is an information, security, and education platform for traders, operated by Clearex Market, LLC (Delaware, USA). We are not a broker, dealer, exchange, custodian, or investment adviser. This page is a plain-language summary; the binding documents are listed at the end.

What We Provide

Breach Check — a free, privacy-preserving password breach-check tool (k-anonymity; passwords never transmitted or stored in full; each check authorised via a one-time magic link to the account email).
Knowledge — a free educational library on security and trading topics.
Community Forum and Trading Journal — free member features; journal entries are server-timestamped and immutable once posted.
Market News (Intelligence) — a free feed of verified reports on financial-industry and cybersecurity incidents.
Tools Library — trading indicators, analytical monitors, and scripts that display market information only (no trade execution, no buy/sell prompts), available as a benefit of paid membership tiers (not sold as individual items).
Courses — Cyber Security and Technical Analysis courses, included with paid tiers.
Analytics Workspace — a Fundamental Analysis dashboard and Technical Analysis monitor providing informational scores, watchlists, and calendar context (paid tiers), plus a combined FA + TA Super Dashboard.
Refer & Earn — an affiliate program governed by our Affiliate Terms.

All content is informational and educational only. You are solely responsible for your own trading and investment decisions.

How Payments Work

Card payments (where available) are processed by Stripe (Stripe, Inc.), a PCI-DSS Level 1 payment processor. The sale is between you and Clearex Market, LLC (the seller of record); Stripe securely handles your card details, payment authorization, and card disputes/chargebacks.
Cryptocurrency payments are processed via NOWPayments, with Clearex Market, LLC as the seller of record. On-chain settlements are irreversible.
Membership subscriptions renew automatically on the billing cycle you choose (monthly, quarterly, six-month, or yearly). You may cancel at any time from account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Refer & Earn commissions are paid by Clearex Market, LLC from its own revenue to members who refer new paying subscribers.
Donations — donations are not a service. They are a voluntary, non-reciprocal way to support our free Breach Check service. In line with international anti-money-laundering (AML) standards, donations are limited to USD 50 per donation and USD 500 in aggregate per user within any rolling three-month period.
Legacy tool orders: individual tool purchases are no longer offered; orders placed before this change continue under the terms in effect at the time of purchase until resolved.

Anti-Fraud & Transaction Controls

We apply automated limits to donation and purchase flows to guard against abuse, in line with international anti-money-laundering standards. These include the donation limits above, cumulative spend thresholds that may trigger a request for additional identity verification, per-transaction and daily velocity limits, and transaction logging retained for compliance purposes (see the retention terms in our Privacy Policy). These controls apply automatically and are not user-configurable.

Data Protection

CLEAREX.MARKET is hosted in the EU (AWS, Stockholm — region eu-north-1) and is built around GDPR principles of data minimisation and privacy by design. Financial transaction records are retained for seven years as required by US law; all other personal data is deleted on account erasure.
