1. Overview
This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains when payments made on CLEAREX.MARKET can — and cannot — be refunded. Because payments are settled in cryptocurrency via our payment processor (NOWPayments), transactions are irreversible once dispatched on-chain. Please read this policy before completing any payment. By proceeding to payment you explicitly accept this policy.
2. Password / Breach Security Checks
Breach Check access is bundled into your paid membership tier — it is not purchased per-check. Billing questions and disputes about the membership charge that unlocks Breach Check are handled under the Membership & Subscription Fees section below.
3. Tools Library Access
Tools are not purchased individually — access to the Tools Library is a benefit bundled into your paid membership tier, and no new per-item purchases are accepted. Billing questions and disputes about your membership charge are handled under the Membership & Subscription Fees section below.
If you hold an order placed before this change, that order continues under the payment-protection and dispute-resolution terms in place at the time of purchase (buyer confirmation, dispute window, and admin resolution) until it is resolved.
4. Membership & Subscription Fees
Membership is billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annual, depending on the plan you select).
- You may cancel your membership at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain full access until then, and no further charges are made afterwards.
- Charges already processed for the current billing period are NON-REFUNDABLE, consistent with the irreversible nature of on-chain cryptocurrency settlement.
- If a charge was made in clear error (e.g. a duplicate payment), contact support@clearex.market — resolution is reviewed on a case-by-case basis and is not guaranteed.
5. Donations
Donations to the platform are voluntary, non-reciprocal contributions and are NON-REFUNDABLE once confirmed on-chain. Please donate only amounts you intend to give. If a donation was made in clear error, contact support@clearex.market — resolution is discretionary and not guaranteed.
6. Cryptocurrency & Irreversibility
Crypto payments are irreversible by design. Once a transaction is broadcast to the relevant blockchain network it cannot be reversed by CLEAREX.MARKET, the payment processor, or any party.
- You are responsible for sending the correct amount, on the correct network, to the address shown at checkout.
- Funds sent to the wrong network, underpaid, or overpaid may be unrecoverable. We are not liable for losses arising from such errors.
7. Cancellation
You may cancel an unpaid checkout at any time before dispatching payment — simply close the payment window and no charge is created. Once payment has been dispatched, the cancellation terms above (per service type) apply.
8. Chargebacks & Abuse
Initiating fraudulent dispute claims, or attempting to reverse a completed crypto settlement through deceptive means, is a breach of our Terms of Service and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of access.
