Account Security Check Fees All administrative processing fees of Five US Dollars ($5.00 USD) per unique query execution represent a strict commercial service charge. Once a query is cryptographically dispatched, the computational infrastructure overhead is immediately consumed. Therefore, all security check transactions are final, and no refunds shall be issued under any scenario.

Donation Club Gifts Allocated funds within the Donation Club represent completely voluntary, non-refundable, unilateral financial gifts. Donations cannot be recalled, reversed, or refunded once cleared on the ledger.

Tools Marketplace Escrow Exception Digital assets acquired via the Tools Marketplace are digital downloads and are governed under a protective 24-Hour Cryptographic Escrow Framework.
The Buyer is entitled to a full refund strictly within twenty-four (24) hours from the exact timestamp of purchase if, and only if, the purchased tool is proven to be fake, non-functional, or fraudulent. To initiate a dispute, comprehensive technical evidence must be dispatched directly to contact@clearex.market within this 24-hour lifecycle boundary for administrative evaluation by the Compliance Board.
Because the Platform executes automated vendor payouts on a rolling 24-hour cycle, once the 24-hour hold lifecycle expires and funds are systematically released, the transaction is finalized, and absolutely no refunds, reversals, or dispute accommodations can be processed legally or technically.
