1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CLEAREX.MARKET (the "Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy, incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use following notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

You may use the Platform if you:

Are at least 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher).
Are the legitimate, authorised owner of any trading account you submit for a security check — or hold an explicit written mandate from the account owner.
Are not subject to sanctions or trade restrictions that prohibit your use of the Platform under applicable law.
Use the Platform solely for lawful purposes.

Registering on behalf of a legal entity constitutes a warranty that you are authorised to bind that entity to these Terms.

3. Services Provided

CLEAREX.MARKET provides the following services:

Trading Account Password Security Check: An anonymised, privacy-preserving tool that checks whether credentials associated with your authorised trading account have appeared in known data breach datasets. We use k-anonymity techniques — no plain-text password is ever transmitted or stored.
Tools Library: A curated library of professional-grade trading indicators, analytical tools, and automation scripts, made available as a download benefit of paid membership tiers.
Market News (Intelligence): A private intelligence feed delivering verified reports on financial cybersecurity incidents, available to subscribers under an active membership tier.

All services are provided "as is" for informational and security-awareness purposes. Nothing on the Platform constitutes financial, investment, or legal advice.

4. Permitted Use

You agree to use the Platform solely for its intended purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are permitted to:

Run security checks on trading accounts for which you are the verified, authorised owner.
Access tools from the Tools Library included with your membership tier for your personal or professional trading activities.
Subscribe to and access intelligence articles under your subscription tier.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You must not, under any circumstances:

Submit trading accounts or credentials for which you are not the authorised owner without explicit written consent.
Use the Platform to harass, defame, or make false allegations against any individual, broker, or entity.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, crawl, or probe the Platform's systems or databases without written authorisation.
Upload, transmit, or distribute malware, phishing content, or any material that is unlawful, harmful, or violates third-party rights.
Circumvent any authentication, access control, or security measure of the Platform.
Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the Platform without prior written consent.
Attempt to discover other users' data or exploit any vulnerability for unauthorised access.
Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit content or services obtained from the Platform without our written consent.

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and referral to law enforcement where appropriate.

6. Tools Library & Membership

Access to the Tools Library is a benefit bundled into your paid membership tier, not an item-by-item purchase:

Licence: Access to the Tools Library is licensed to you for the duration of your active membership. You may not redistribute, resell, or reverse-engineer any tool obtained through the Library.
Attribution & Warranty: Tools are provided "as is"; CLEAREX.MARKET does not warrant the fitness of any individual tool for a particular trading strategy.
Billing: Membership fees are recurring subscription charges. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for cancellation and billing-dispute terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All Platform content, branding, design, and technology (excluding user-submitted content) is the exclusive property of CLEAREX.MARKET and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of content you submit. By submitting content, you grant CLEAREX.MARKET a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, and distribute that content for the purpose of operating the Platform. This licence terminates when you delete your content or account.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

Security check results are exhaustive or guarantee the absence of compromise.
Intelligence reports are error-free, complete, or current.
The Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of vulnerabilities.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CLEAREX.MARKET shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to financial losses from trading decisions made in reliance on Platform content.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or if we are required to do so by law. Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

You may delete your account at any time via your account settings or by contacting us at support@clearex.market.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be submitted to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes may be referred to binding arbitration or the competent courts of the jurisdiction where CLEAREX.MARKET is registered, unless you are a consumer entitled to bring proceedings in your country of residence.
